For those of us who live from paycheck to pay-check counting on our 401Ks to sustain us during retirement.
Last weeks events reverberated like a shock wave to our systems. We vascillated from shock to fear to anger to disbelief as the stock market lost 1,000 points in a matrix like moment.

- Relinquish issues beyond your control.

- Act on issues within you control.
